    Just like anything, the domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I agree with ClickIn, auction it to get the best idea of what it's worth. It could be potentially worth a lot more than what people are willing to pay for it so at the end of the dya, you need to decide on whether getting a portion of what you expect is worth the sale, or if it is worth more to you to hold on to it longer and wait and play the game of selling it.
