    Social networking sites provides lots of information and applications for using various purpose and most important how to use and how to make benefits to yours, so use a whole day and taking nothing is useless. so i used social networking sites 3 hours in a day for increasing my social appearance and also for sharing thoughtful information for public.

    1 hour is a lot. I used to spend more than that, but since I started doing IM, I just update my status, check out the necessary lists, and engage my clients using an off the social site chat. If you really want to succeed in IM, you need to plan every minute spent on the internet. That's the only way you'll productively use the time on the net/ in IM.

    Honestly, I just use my iphone, so I really don't spent more than a few miinutes a day on social networks. I find social networks are big waste of my time.... procrastination galore! with that said, I am able to stay in touch with a lot of people via facebook!
