How much to ask for bannerselling?

I've got some requests on selling bannerspace on one of my site. The site is currently running google adsense, has over 600k unique visitors per month, pageranked 5-6 and is earning 600 dollar a month from adsense.
    And average pageviews = 13 million/month

How much should I ask for someone to put their banners aside the adsense?
It won't be CPC, only CPM.
I've seen some (much smaller, lowerranked) sites asking $15 for like 30k impressions.

Is 30 dollar for 30k impressions with weight 1 acceptable?

With 30000 impression you can earn much more from affiliate programs which is related to your website niche.

You can only sell the space for what somebody will pay for it. Thinking of a price yourself is very hard.

20K uniques a day is a lot and provides excellent exposure. I would probably ask for $1 per thousand page views.

that'd be 13.000 dollars a month. Who would pay that much?

That does sound a lot but you have to remember you are getting 13 million page impressions.

Consider selling one banner for $99 for one year. Monitor that campaign for a month or so and then adjust your price accordingly for the remaining campaigns.

The answer to this depends upon the site-type, the user base, etc.

99 dollar a year isn't even worth the extra bandwidth the few extra code the page requires.

Maybe not for you, but you have to create "value" in order for someone to take the bite. From your standpoint it may not be worth it, but from the customer's standpoint it may be all that they are willing to pay.
