    I typically do it by the page. The last site I designed I charged this for it:

    100 for main page
    50 per extra page



    Also I charge extra for flash scripts and php scripts as well.

    For the contact form I had to create I charged 25 as I built it off one of my templates.

    For the Flash Intro Header I was payed 25 for.

    For the Flash sidebar/buttons I charged 25 as well

    In all I made about $575 which turns out to be $41.07/hour since I put in 14 hours work on the webpage. It was a 9 page site.
