    Everyday i usually got up need 3 glasses, but in a wholeday, i spent about 2-3 litres,, i should take more water than that :)
    but, the point is, all of people need water, much water is better, because it needed in your body, and very healthy too.
    i like water sooo much than colorful water, so tasty if the water a bit cold. OK, you try please ;)
