    How much would you pay for a REALISITIC backwards link - what would that Link have to offer.

    What would you expect to accomplish by having that site link to you.

    (of course - be realistic - were not talking about Google or Microsoft or Yahoo Homepages)

    It does appear that the Links Selling Business is really catching on - and so BLATENTLY - It used to be just about buying Advertising.     :confused:

    But is it possible that the Google Programmers have de-valued well-known sites that are selling links...it is a mystery how the 1st PLACE ranking for the term SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION finally changed after two years.

    None of those firms near the top of the SERPs were laxed - but there are varied tactics in their Link Strategies.

    Now, if I were buying advertising, that would be a different story and that would be all about relevant traffic expectations vs. the amount paid.
