That's very clever indeed. Wait till you have 2 or 3 clients and to them in the same run so you cut time. Good thinking!

I wouldnt have thought of it any other way. Submit 10 clients to the same dir. then move on. Thats way 50c is cheap but you will make alot.

Savings realized from doing more clients in one go can only be made if all will be submitted to the same category, otherwise the savings are minimal (not considering few of the directories that don't require you to categorize your site).

Btw. I hope it wasn't my first post that you considered discouraging. It pointing to where the most paying clients are. Actually I know these directory submission services being done in a price range from $29 (myself when I had time) to $129, and that's not counting the final prices that some SEO agencies ask their client when this service is included in the complete SEO services package.

hmm ... i would pay u just like others do ...
    But from what i know,
Many of us here have already submitted our website to those directories.
May be we've just submitted to some but not all ..

    Back again!

I'm on a small doubt here. many of the directories in vilesilencers and Will spencer's lists asks "reciprocal is optional, but we appreciate reciprocal linking" and from my experience these directores accepts faster if you provide reciprocal.

Hence the question is shall i add these directories to my list ? Also how much are you ready to pay for these reciprocal linking per directory basis ?

and btw, I bought the domain www.directorysubmission.net for the same. ( working on site currently)

    Thanks,
    Tuning

It will be your list, not Dan's nor Will's, so it is really up to your decision, how far you want to make it unique, IMHO.

If you want to make yet another list of directories, you might consider uniqueness. If you want to make directory submissions for clients, each client is different, some might ask you to add for free, some for reciprocal.

The above question is the one that you shall ask each of your clients individually IMHO.

I recently paid $50 for 100 directory submission, which I think is pretty good value.

I have just developed a simple new content site with a brand new domain, and want to use a directory submission service as an experiment. I would like to use the vile list as a basis, plus any other SEO friendly sites.

The experiment is basically to see if I can cover the cost of content writing and directory submission simply with adsense revenue from the site.

I have proved in the past that the cost of content writing can easily be covered with just a little weight from the coop, so I am keen to try this out.

Anyway, please update me on your list size and cost.

    pilks. <edit>I am interested in non-reciprocal only</edit>
