Actually I think within a day or twice 1000s followers in facebook & twitter quite impossible.

 

They do use bots/scripts to achieve this. As someone has suggested, they also make use of some fake accounts to inflate the number of likes/followers.

there are lots of tools out there, and some who offers this kind of service have a large group of friends that will help them to follow and like their client.

I think if you want to get more followers then you have to join different group. And post daily on related your site.

There is no way to increase traffic or followers in one night.They use fake ID 's for this.

 

I would say just take your time, try to "socialize" with other people out there and try to get likes the natural way...there are also free options (try TA Vision).

I certainly would never pay for a company to bring in likes...

Some of them just have hundreds of accounts. Basically Fiverr likes are worthless, and do nothing more than increase your number. You won't get sales, and you won't get traffic. As far as 1,000 fans in a day, that is very possible to get real ones. Just have to know the tricks. It won't happen for $5
