How to add a Menu and Feature Channels to my YouTube?

    Hello,

    I have a YouTube channel for tutorials and demos about a software I am developing, and I was planning to have two different Featured Channels, one for english and one for spanish. Something similar to what other YouTube channels have for different products.

    For example, Autodesk has:

    How can I activate this menu bar with the Channels and Discussions and all that... And those Featured Channels, each with each own subscription!
