How to add article content to my site

    Hello,
    I saw some websites that embed article contents from other site to their sites. They place the article content in the center of the pages and they advertise something on the left and right, top and bottom. I do not know how to do the same thing on my site.

    Can anyone please show me how to add article content to my site so my readers can read it?
