How to add product attributes and options with a class and value in CSV

    I am having a problem adding product attributes and product options to my CSV document. All the basic information is there, but when it comes to adding the options, like a dropdown box with 3 different values, I don't know how to input this information or how this information is formatted. I'd like to build my entire store on a CSV document and later upload it to my online store, with all the options and attributes and values included. Thanks!

    P.S. Tried exporting my current store test product but cannot unless I upgrade my account. And that wont even guarantee if all the values are there
