    Can anyone help me by telling how to advertise my services and product in twitter and facebook.

    You can't advertise in twitter, and better create a fan page for your Product and advertise in Facebook .

    You can advertise in facebook by facebook advertising ppc. You can create a fan page and advertise this page through facebook
    ads to increase your fan base.
    You also can create ads for your external website where you can get traffic through facebook advertising.

    Well if you have enough followers for your twitter account, you can promote your site by some viral tweets and you will get a decent amount of traffic, eventually to your site. Facebook, on the other hand is a completely different social networking site. Here you can advertise your services by many ways like images, links, content, events and videos. Try making some good fan page with a similar name of your service and then post some viral images and videos to attract users on facebook. You can later tag and share these videos and images with your friends, so you get more eyeballs for your service, which eventually will generate revenue and traffic for you ;)

    You can create pages with interesting titles, updates the latest product if you want. if necessary ...create a quiz through your facebook or tweeter ccount :D
