How to associate my domain's email to Google + profile?

First let me say that Google and YouTube integration is SO frustrating.



I was wondering if anyone knows how to associate a private domain's email address to a Google + account?

I've tried everything and am close to deleting my Google accounts permanently (lol).

Summary: I have a personal email address -

I want that to be associated with my google + account.

Does anyone know how to do that?

I'd contact Google and ask but, it's impossible to contact them.

As far as I know, all you need to do is go to your Google profile and update your information. There should be a place to update your account details, such as username, password, etc. If you need more help let me know.

 

Unfortunately it isn't that easy.

There are a million places to add additional email addresses to your Google account, but unfortunately they are never linked to your Google + account.

(For example, when I send an email with my account, I want that to show my Google + profile. But, my Google + profile was created using a random "throw away" Google Mail account that I never really use).

I'm an email marketer, so I would LOVE for my Google + account to be attached with the email account I use to send email promotions - IE .

(I even have the email I want as my primary G+ account as a "backup" email, but it still isn't recognized when I search for that email address using another Google + account, and it doesn't show my g+ avatar when I send emails with that email).

Sounds complicated right?

Well, it is.

Google is a MAZE of confusion.
