    first , you should have an rss feed

    2- goto http://dlvr.it

    3- create an account

    4- type your rss feed url

    7- select page to publish in

    No need to go any other website , why did you not try API format by which it is depend on you which post should be published on fb/twt and which not. Otherwise all post published to fb/twt which is not interesting to attract user.

    i think google hates automation. It may effects on your natural and organic results.

    Hey there are many scheduler are available in market to schedule your blog post they allow you to post your content at a specific interval of time for example buffer, hootsuite etc. and Google is not penalizing for this.
