How do I change the text in Wordpress for "leave a reply/comment" to show up as "leave a review" for posts designated in a specific "category" while it remains "leave a comment" for all other posts?

I agree with s_ruben above, there are tons of wordpress themes out there with different codes, it's difficult to help if you don't mention the theme's name :(

Typically, with most themes, you can go to "Appearance" and than "Edit" to get a list of the template files associated with that theme. The one your looking for is probably called pages.php or something like that. Just look through each of and with Ctrl F find the text you want to change. Once it's found, go ahead and change it, than save it.

If this doesn't work, than that text is going to be in a file you will have to edit from your control panel, not your wordpress backend. Good luck!
