How can I post to Facebook & Google+ simultaneously?

The easiest way to do this simultaneously is by using third party service. One of them is Friendsplusme. (Paid)

Another way and probably the most common while not actually simultaneous is to use your mobile. (or a computer application to emulate e.g. android like Bluestacks)

• Install Google+ and Facebook app
• Run Google+ and click to share a post
• Choose share via and select Facebook icon
• Click drop down icon and you may share it on your page, friends,groups etc
  
  

Finally you can make a search on the "recipes" of Ifttt (It connects various apps) and find one appropriate for your needs.

If you read this article you will find a list of steps how to connect Facebook account with Google +, just follow them:
" -In Google plus bar (visible on top or your webpage), click on the settings button on the upper right corner and go to Google+ Settings
-Once you are on Google Accounts page Click on ‘Connected Accounts’ tab and then click on ‘Connect an account’ drop down box.
- Once you click on Facebook option, you will be shown a blank field to enter your Facebook account name or Profile Link. If you have got your unique username from Facebook then you can directly enter your username here and Click Add. To check your Facebook username, log into Facebook and go to your wall or click your name and note the URL on address bar.
- This user name can be entered in the blank field as Facebook Account Name. Click add to connect this Facebook Account with Google Plus account. If you don’t have username, copy the whole URL and paste in the blank field and click add. You can also choose if you want your Facebook Account to be visible on your public Google Profile by checking ‘Show on my public Google Profile’."

Here's how to set it all up:

1. First, you'll need your Google+ ID number. Log in to Google+ and click "Profile" on the left sidebar.
2. Grab the string of numbers in your profile URL (should begoogle.com/u/0/XXXXXXXX/posts)
3. Visit this Google+ RSS Link Yahoo Pipe and paste in your profile ID Number.
4. Run the pipe, then right-click "Get RSS" to copy the RSS link to your clipboard.
5. Log in to IFTTT and activate the Facebook and Twitter channels (if they're not already). You'll have to log in to each service and authorize them to post on your behalf.
6. Use this G+ to FB recipe or this G+ to Twitter recipe if you want to post from Google+ to Facebook or Twitter based on a specific keyword. Paste in your RSS URL in the "Feed URL" and the keyword you want IFTTT to look for in order to crosspost in the "Keyword or simple phrase" field.
7. Use this G+ to FB reicpe or this G+ to Twitter recipe if you want to everything you post to Google+ to go to Facebook or Twitter, with no exceptions.
8. Activate your selected recipe, and you're finished. Any future posts (or future posts that match your keyword) will be automatically posted over at Facebook or Twitter (or both).
