How to create cities dropdown menu in wordpress?

    Does someone knows how to create cities menu, something similar to this one (http://templatic.com/demos/?theme=geoplaces3 - at right at main menu, above the map) in wordpress? I need to create working and functional dropdown menu of cities something like this one in demo of one of templatic template. By functional I mean something when I, for example click on the city Philadelphia, and for example click on hotels that script opens posts from category Hotels and city Philadelphia. Is there any plugin that does this or can anyone tell me how to do that in php?

    Please help me...

    May be there are some plugins available in Wordpressp(dot)org with more or less similar functionality. But you need to use the Google map API and some query strings to retrieve the data from the same.
