    When you write an article, give your article a title and put the title - word for word- 3 times in the article. don't make it obvious. For example, an article titled: "How to train your dog," could have sentences like; Learning how to train your dog takes paticence and dedication, or understanding dog behavior is the first step in learning how to train your dog. I hope this makes sense.

    One most important thing to make your contents SEO friendly is to avoid duplicate contents and recursion of Keywords. You should not use your page contents repeatedly on other pages of your site. Use your keywords about 2-3% in your contents and not more ( 3-4 time in every 100 words ).

    - Check density of your keywords which per keywords should not more than 3 % in each page.
    - Make sure all image do include alt so that Google able to crawl what your image is all about.
    - Use less flash and too much media that cause your website slow.
    - Smart use size of the text and heading.
