I always wanted to know how can i create graphics like this one:
    or
    [IMG]

i'm familiar with photoshop but i'm more good at putting things together rather than creating something from scratch!
so how can i create something like the ones above and with what program?!
if you can provide some online tutorials that would be great!

Those are sweet! I'd imagine a vector-based program like Adobe Illustrator is where those were created, just a guess. Just making random shapes, layering them over each other. Probably takes some time, tho, they look quite unique!

Or if you don't have the program and skills you can google for 'vector brushes' or search on DeviantArt.

Adobe Illustrator.. but you could, of course, download some brushes for Photoshop that looks simular. But then, it's not really made by you.

If you are a very good and creative designer then you can make them on Adobe Illustrator but if you are not that good then you can find brush's made by others ;)

Yes, with the help photoshop shape tools you can design any complex vector shapes. I take help of photoshop shapes for any complicated graphic design.
It is designer's choice to choose the graphic software for different styles of designs. But I suggest to take help of shape tools. Pen tool is great help. :)
