How to deacivate my account?

Discussion in 'General Chat' started by rohaferns, Mar 21, 2012.

I joined gforums.net on 02-27-2012 and since then I've uploaded 4-5 posts. But everytime I check, it shows only 1 post. I sent an email to the webmaster and even tried posting a complain on the forum itself. but it didn't help. Please assist me in deactivating my account.

    Thanks.

email the administrator to delete your account
there is no way you can do it by yourself
unless you spam hard and get banned permanently

Why worrying about it. Just leave the account and don't post anything if you don't want to use it.
Most/All Forums don't delete accounts as per your wish.

I'm aware that I can just leave the a/c without posting anything, but I started this thread because I wanted to know if a member of a forum can deactivate his a/c or not.

Usually not. If your posts are deleted it may alter the flow of the threads in which you have posted. When you post your post becomes the property of the forum owner - so think before you post.

However... shouldn't you be asking this at gforums.net rather than here?

IMO the members do not have the option of deleting his/her account at any forums.
