    Probably your best bet is to display feeds of home listings for regions, like making it into a real estate directory. Once established you can sell feaured listings or ad adsense.

    The truth is that building your site is going to take time and the building you do will depend largely upon what your end goal is. Obviously you want to make money but do you know how you want to make that money? Figure out your end goal first and then work backwards from there. Eventually you'll get to your "step one."

    I heard in US real estate business is good (before crisis :p )
    Maybe you can look at other real estate website, then imitate it first,
    Then develop it to very good website

    Monetize your web with adsense, banner links and videos. You could also post on forums and submit articles on real estate to ezine. Building web presence takes time. Add a blog to your website, that could also help.
