How to edit wprdpress home page meta title and description

    Hey All,
    I am having a small business website and its blog is in WordPress. My website: http://www.packersmoverspunerates.in/
    had been designed by my friend, but the blog was created and maintain in WordPress. However, I can post a blog with the help of Word press CMS and edit the meta title and description over that post, but in my blog home page I am unable to edit the meta title and description. Here is the address: http://www.packersmoverspunerates.in/blog/
    If someone knows how to edit the blog home page, please let me know

    You need to install Yoast SEO plugin to update Meta tags of your website.

    Yes, you can use Yoast plugin or You can edit Appearance->Editor->header.php section if you have a coding knowledge.

    Making this will put common title and meta tags for all pages if you don't put if/else condition. It is recommended to use Yoast or All in One SEO plugin to make changes in meta title and description.

    You need to install All in One SEO plugin. Then go to All in One Seo > General Settings > there are fields "Home Title" and "Home Description" that you can edit and save.

    I see that all you can do it in Yoast SEO, for home page as you need. Go to SEO->Titles & Metas->Then choose the Homepage Tab and edit as you want. Picture below:
