    do you happen to know a good way to find out about new product releases such health products, fitness products etc. i was thinking about press releases but wasn't able to find a good web site.

    An informational website should also offer a newsletter subscription service to keep its readers up-to-date with the new site postings, there are also the RSS feeds to look for eventually. If you can't find stuff like that on such a website then chances are you don't need to worry about coming back to it too often.
