    IMHO CTR is not important, what is important is the dollars amount.

    What I mean is that, for example, you can get a better CTR by displaying less ads per page but how will this affect your revenue that's what you need to know.

    I didn't visit your site but IF you have warez there (just guessing by the URL) it is again TOS to have adsense.

    If your site is new try to focus on traffic it worth much more than CTR (again IMHO)
