How to get FB likes or shares?

What is the best way to get legit facebook likes or shares? Is there a simple, cost efficient way to quickly get these? I am fairly new to FB fanpages and have setup a couple, but I can't get anybody to visit my pages. Any help you can give me I would greatly appreciate!

They said it all, I must agreed. Share something people would love, it doesn't necessarily means it must be informative, even some humorous and sensible things would do, you don't had to have special skills about this, just share what you think is worth sharing. I notice the meme's are very viral in Facebook, same with quotes written in images with some very heart whelming graphics, making the message more effective. The least way I can suggest you is do not overdo it, do not try so hard, it will come naturally when you do it naturally too. If you gain a little, don't despair, little by little you can achieve your goal.
