How to get or request diggs on a specific page

I have just released my latest software here:
    http://www.technize.com/runmanager

I want some diggs to make it to the front page. I have two questions.

How can I request some diggs from digg users? Is there any community or place to do so?
How many diggs do I need to get on front page and in how much time?

i don't know of any dig requesting service, as each digg needs to come from a different ip address or else you're on the fast track to getting banned. try googling "digg exchange community"

Lead as many users as you can to your digg story page (by direct link from your site, embed button, twitter post and other social media etc), but don't specifically ask them to vote.

Some webmaster forums have "digg exchange" like sections, but Digg will detect that all the visitors comes from that place and will not promote your story to the front page because they don't like this kind of promotion.

Urm this is hard to be honest. I'll simply ask people to review your site on the page and see how that goes, or give people the direct link to the digg instead of the URL to your site.
