How to get people to buy your gig on fiverr?

I created an account in fiverr and wanted to sell a gig but it seems new folks get absolutely no hits out there. Even though I promised to deliver the gig within 24 hours. The gig was a writing gig. Can anyone tell me as to how do we attract buyers on fiverr?

 

One idea would be to put as many gigs on Fiverr as possible.

This way you have higher chance of someone seeing your gigs. This will further help find other gigs of your they maybe interested once they have build your trust.

It's a good idea to do some online promotion on different sites to increase exposure of your gig(s).

 

I spend lot of money on fiverr and when choosing the gig I always go for the one that has the most detailed description and I also prefer if there are some links to the work so I can check it out. The speed of the job is not so important to me, I rather have it done slower but really well.

 

The title is the very first thing that grabs buyers attention and you also need a good description to give the title some backup.
With a great looking title and a good, detailed description you will get orders. To increase the orders even further you should provide some examples of your quality work and if it's possible deliver your work fast.

I've seen videos give a good boost on Fiverr. But like inyourway said, it's the title that gets em in the door. Make sure your title really grabs em by the collar and pulls them into your listing (AKA:grabs their attention). I think you can have up to 20 gigs per account. So you should create 20 gigs, even if they all offer the same thing just worded a little differently to appeal to different people.

You need to set up a good package, so that it attract buyer. And you gotta provide quality work as you mentioned, then you will get more and more order

 

And provide real value and perceived value too for the money that is being asked for...

If you provide something that people wants, people will buy it. Simple as that.
People will not stop visiting fiverr too buy stuff they want just because there is a lot of clones.
