    I completely understand the hesitation that comes when you are asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number on some random website's forms, but does anyone have some advice as to how put the client at ease and get them to provide this information?

    My company connects people with real estate agents across the country, and if we don't have a means of contacting the client, then the kind of house they are looking to buy or sell is of no value to us.

    If your company is trusted, and doesn't look suspicious at all then people should fill out the contact form fine.
