    you need to invest either money or time to get success so , short term means you cant invest time , so only way to get success is spending money . Well in short term you can try to buy traffic from small networks and sell it to large networks or take advantage of arbitrage opportunities exists on internet . Take limitied risk on every transaction and play safe .

    Well, the only way you can be successful in a short time would be if you have a lot of money that you are willing to invest. Buying over existing successful web business will get you right into the business and cut off one competition. You will need to probably have a massive advertising campaign both online and printed ones.

    Also have some loss leaders in your store, sell some items are ridiculous low prices and it will get people talking about your store. This should hook some players. Loss leaders is a form of advertising.

    If possible, run some kind of contests.

    It takes money to make money. If you don't have that then it would depend on hard work and hard work usually mean it would take time to be successful.

    it's better to succes on long time period but you can also achieve that in few months with lies and fake check screenshot so your reputation will go up and up
