    I think you just need to build up your own homepage and have a lot of patience. So in the end you will be fine for sure without inevesting the 50$. Use your money to build up usefull links.

    Really depends on the nature of the online business in question. If it's web hosting for instance, you probably won't be able to make a lot of profit in that time period. But for any online business, you need to invest time and energy even if the financial investment isn't that great. Promote, promote, promote. Promote your site as much as you can and build backlinks to get more traffic to your site.
