How to get this kind of cartoon effects in Photoshop?

Ur suppose to draw the toon . You have hands .

If you're a talking about an effect applied to a already created toon then show us a before und after .

 

I also dont get the question ? are u wanna draw this kind of cartoon in photoshop?

 

This cartoon was drawn by hand, but you can get kind of a cartoon "effect" by doing this:
1. With the image pasted into Photoshop press CTRL+J to duplicate the layer. You should have three layers now the original Background layer and two of the same layers.
2. Click on "Layer 2" and click Image Adjustments Desaturate or(SHIFT+CTRL+U)
3. Now Duplicate "Layer 2" press CTRL+J or click on Layer Duplicate Layer.
4. Click on "Layer 2 copy 3" and invert the layer click (CTRL + I), or Image Adjustments Invert. After inverting the image change the layer Mode to Color Dodge. You can find the color dodge setting in the Layers window.
5. Now still on "Layer 2 copy 3" click on Filter Blur Gaussian Blur.
6. When the Gaussian Blur window comes up change the Radius to 1.5 and click ok.
7. Now click on "layer 2" and drag it above "Layer 2 copy 3"
8. Now add Gaussian Blur to "layer 2" Click Filter Blur Gaussian Blur and change the radius value between 1.5 and 2.1 and click ok. Change the layer Mode to linear burn, and your fill to 81%.

yes do what the guy above of me said and do that on separate layers go to color options and play with the colors

Then rasterize those layers and set blend mode to overlay and play with that and you could figure it out pretty quick

 

you need to draw in anime style first before you can use programs to colour and style it.

 

or you can draw an anime in a paper than scan it, after that you can make it colorized using photoshop

Are you talking about the diagonal line effects, or the anime cartoon?

 

you stay just take photos teruc ckan. you are looking for a nice color continue to edit the settings you use photoshop "" "Just go to settings there is all

 

You can play with soft brushes and different colors, then lur them, and play with blending modes, but if you mean the toon, then, you need to draw it .

 

Which effect are you talking about?
There are several of them.

 

are u talkin abt lighting effect on it ? yellow, orange, green etc
