How to get traffic from Social Bookmarking Websites?

I have my account on Stumble upon and I use it on a dialy basis. The stuff that I "stumble" include area's of my interset and other's as well.
But still not getting the approriate traffic. What can I do to get some serious traffic from these websites?

I have also account on Stumble when you add any site submit you relevant keyword also its help to give traffic and other way is share with your friends also.......................

 

but main question is how can we get traffic for these sites ?

 

Stumble upon and reddit have recently given me some good traffic

I believe that
- a catchy title
- natural use of keywords
- non spammy writing
will get you traffic back

 

I think social bookmarking websites can help you to get higher ranking in SE's. They cannot get you direct traffic as to what i think...

Pay attention to your Headlines, Write a meaningful & short description, Have a great first paragraph, Content is king, Make it easy for others to vote / bookmark your site, Know when to submit, Submit to the right category, Cooperate with other social bookmarkers
