    Hi,
Reddit is very problematic website you need to work with him very slow... and they don't like small sites, blogs....
They love to get all the posts from official sites, videos form YouTube,Vimeo... images from Imgur...
So its very hard to get a traffic from them, but if you still want to try here a few tips.

Start from a small sub sub reddits to get some link karma and comment karma.
When you will have 1k karma you can move to bigger sub reddits.
Dont forget to read and follow the rules of every sub reddit and you will be ok.

you get more traffic from reddit because this widely used website by users because their is lots of user available at a time. If you want to get traffic from reddit website then you need to register on website the go to submit new link, put url, select sub reditt then submit you link. Due to this way you submit your link and get traffic from reddit website.

As long as you follow the rediquette when sharing your content then that's okay. They are so far very strict when sharing links. Make sure you share your content in subreddits that are relevant to your topic.

quora is hardest way to obtain traffic. if you spend 4 hour in a day in reddit you can get 10 visitor for your site and if you spend 4 hour in facebook or twiiter you can get 400 visitor so choice is yours.

Post your site link on exact sub-reddit. Once you have submitted your link you need to make sure to monitor the comments to your submission. If people have questions about your link – give them answers. Comments not only make the link more likely to be voted up, but also give you (as the submitter) more credibility

riddit.com is problematic site. I believe it but it has some different aspect such as you can easily post your link there then they never delete it. If you wanted to increase traffic from there then search some thread with is related with your site site Or you can create a thread about your site. I think it will helpful for you. Bye.

It works like other platforms, build a presence their first and then post links. Also post random links from other sites not related to your website. If you post 10 links in a week maximum 2 should be from your website.

    Its pretty simple.

Post good f//cking content in the sub reddit.

Look at what people like, what the top posts are. Apply what you've learn't and make a post that's good.

Don't spam your website all over the place, you will get destroyed by redditers. Make posts without your website, build rep.

Reddit is one of the best social bookmarking, their old as well as new post rank very well in the Google.
If you join today your traffic will increase slowly as with karma.

    >Try to join sub reddits related to your niche.
    >Share interesting content.
    >Ask questions to the members through post.
    >Don't write every post for traffic.
    >Give genuine comments to the posts.

To my Experience, you should need to find a relevant topic or category first, then you need to see "is that article category or link or both", then need to post content very smartly otherwise they didn't publish your content.

Not a good idea to get traffic from Reddit straightaway. You need to interact with people in Reddit and built your reputation before you build links and Traffic from Reddit.
