How to increase website traffic?

i have submit my website in Social Networks still not able to got more traffic.
guide me how to increase traffic.

Usually getting more traffic is by itself a positive thing, however depending upon one's objectives, quality traffic can by far be more important than sheer numbers.
A person can own a site and sell a certain product or service and get lots of visits, but if those visitors are not that interested on what one has to offfer...
Although more difficult, having subscribers of newsletters is much better than having followers/visitors from social networks, because if someone subscribes your newsletters it's because there's interest in what you have to offer.
Mind that having a relevant content can be as or more important that a quality one.

@ Only Submitting your blog to social website will not bring you much traffic. You need a lot of hard work and specially do hard work on writing. Write unique and fresh article because Google Loves fresh article. Everyone know that Google is the number one source of traffic of any type of blog.

 

If you have submitted to loads of social bookmarking sites thinking that this is going to bring you traffic you will probably not get anything.

The trick is to become social on social sites to get traffic. These days so many people submit their links to social sites that unless you have a really spectacular page nobody is going to vote it up and its going to get buried in a day or two. What you need is to have a group of friends with whom you can share your pages and who can then vote them up (if they like them). I know of no other way to get traffic from social bookmarking sites and if anyone has a more tried and tested method then please share

getting traffic is like collecting little bits of a puzzle.
