How to inset news feed into webpage

On the homepage of my site http://www.gametryout.com/ I currently manually insert links to gaming news sites (in the box on the top right of the screen).

Is there some sort of script that will automatically pull content from a news site and insert it into that box instead of me doing it manually?

I'm willing to pay someone to do it if it is a complicated process.

You are welcome to use news feed from www.newstin.com/webmasters.a

just search for the topic and the news will show on your website through a widget or a rss feed.
