    I'm not quite sure but I think in photoshop or can use the Prespective or Skew tool to make the illusion of it. If you include some other effects like drop shadows, if you search google for some tutorials I bet you will find something.

    please upload pic so i can get a better look, photoshop should easily beable to do it in a number of ways - crop it, new layer it then free transform!
