    • Smile each morning after waking up.
    • Do not compete with others, instead, compete with yourself.
    • Love yourself or just do this

    No matter happy or unhappy, the time is still keep passing, why dont you choose happy?
    Happy is simple, when you wake up, you can feel happy because you are still alive
    When you having a meal, you shall be happy because you are not in hungry
    when you walking, you shall feel happy because you have a leg
    etc......
