How to lose a customer quick...

Earlier, I was looking at getting hosting for a domain.
From the very expensive to the very cheap.
After looking at about 5 different companies, I found the one that had the price and the features I wanted.
    And what happened?
I hit order and nothing happened!
No order page on the site, can you believe that?
And this is a hosting company that has been up at least 3 months, as that is when they put it in one of my directories.
So they lost me as a customer, and only the internet zombies know how many other customers they have lost with no order page.

So, if you sell anything on the net, be it a service like hosting, or a product, make darn sure you have an order page and that it works!

Lol - I did that once, with one of my own sites. Still not sure how it happened. but I had a day where I noticed my orders slowed right down. I couldn't figure out what was up. Then I noticed that a couple of pages had somehow gone AWOL on me, including a couple of necessary scripts for my order page....

And that hosting site still has yet to fix their order page!
Now how hard can that be to do?
They told me they are having their techies look at it to fix.
In 2 days, I would believe their techies are dummies!
