How To Make A Site(s) Like This/These? (Ning, Youtube)

Hi people. Actually i don't want to upload videos but want to use html codes. I want to make a website where i can post videos and it more looks like ning or youtube where people can comment or upload (Well use HTML) videos. I don't mind if it has uplaod from computer option. But i can post divx videos/movies/html!





Like what kind of software(s)/script(s) i should use?

the first one phpmotion I have played with a few times. If you are not actually uploading vids it should work. Video sharing scripts require ffmpeg to be installed on the server and a range of other things that typically only come with dedicated machines.

yes, as far as I remember you can. Most of them support aggregating stuff from other sites.
