There's plenty of ebooks that have already been written on that subject. Go read some that you can find in the downloads section.
Pretty much there are many ways to make money on Youtube such as identifying hot trends on google trends and then making hundreds of watermarked videos on the topic that are all linked for example to a CPA offer or a clickbank product. It would go like that once the video is loaded "For copyright issues, Youtube doesn't allow us to upload this video on their site. Please visit "your-website" to watch the full video". Then you could lock up the page asking them to complete a survey or an offer etc. Also remember that each of the videos you upload should be slightly different in name or lenght etc so they don't get flagged for nothing. Plenty of ways do go about monetizing Youtube, just search. :)

Prepare what you want to sell or how you can make money with the video, you can promote affiliate program or your own business in other side create a niche blog that related to your product/affiliate you want to promote and create good videa and put your link on it.

You need to become a partner with youtube and they place ads in your video page.
Then you get $5 for every 1000 views you get to your video.

Without partnering up, I'd suggest promoting cb products.

    Good luck.

I know two ways of earning money through youtube. It's either you promote your own affiliate/site/etc or the ads presented in youtube itself. Many actually are hooked in these money making scheme.

I have written a small article about it named: How to make money on YouTube.
Feel free to check it out.

The first thing you should do is to determine HOW you are going to make the money.
Are you going for a partnership or do you want to use seperate affiliate programs?

    1. Add Premium Partners’ Videos on Your Blog or Site. If you have an Adsense account, log in and get the code for ‘video units’. You can create a YouTube Video Player and customise it according to various categories, key words, and content providers.

    2. Run affiliate ads on YouTube videos. Chris on Making Money Scoop has some tips on how to do this using various tools.

    3. Provide regular quality video content. Perhaps, you can become a ‘premium’ publisher and Google will split ad revenues with you.

    4. Start a video blog or site that features various YouTube content. These blogs and sites can be anything from cute animal videos to craft tutorials. Then, run relevant ads and affiliate programmes on your blog or site.

    5. Accept direct ads on your YouTube content. If you upload your own videos on a regular basis and you have a decent following, you might want to accept ads on your videos.

    6. Enrich your sales using YouTube videos. If you sell an item on an online shop and you are able to compliment your listings with YouTube videos, then it will be useful. Also, you can link to your sales page on your YouTube. This might help bring video viewers to visit your sales page.
