How to manage many outgoing links

    How could I accomplish having say 25 links with descriptions per page and everytime I add a new links the older ones would roll over to the next page? If your not clear what I mean then take a look at i-am-bored.com Basically I want to add 10 links per day and have the 25 newest appear on the front page and the rest automatically roll to the next page but dont want to have to manually change many pages, only the first (front) page.

    I was thinking I could use custom domain feature on blogger and then just customize my html layout inputing the blogger type tags. This would automated the posts per page and relativly easy posting. Is there any negative impacts on SEO if I was to do this?
