    This is new actually. You can start an ADSENSE account with Google, if you don't already have one. Then once you upload to youtube there is a n option now to "monetize" the video. You have to own all the rights to the content of the video in order to display ads on it.
    If you already have a video up, MAKE SURE you own all rights and content including background music if any, go into Video Manager and edit the video, the tab for monetization is available to edit there.

    You can put an "adfly" link in the video's description and make it link to a page with ads and more of your youtube videos embedded. Also put the link in the annotations of the video. You can also make a video response of you talking about your video, then monetize it and add it as a "video comment" to your popular vid to pick up some extra traffic.

    CPA Email Submits typically work well for this sort of thing, although you need to get a little more creative as people are starting to catch on.

    It will depend upon the niche of the video. Try to use annotation on your video, redirect them to your landing page and try to bank from that traffic. But at lst everything depends on the niche of your video.

    I prefer to use Adfly in the description and link the adsense account, make a channel or two and cross promote. Link those videos to twitter and you should be able to pull of a descent CPM,CPC campaign.. but I wouldnt call that "Viral Marketing"
