How To Monetize This Domain.....??

Hello,
Today i brought a domain "WestEndLondonHotels.com" with the intention joining hotel and tourism based affiliate such as expedia or hotels and promoting their product. But im curious to know what other people think, as i dont have much experience other then earning from adsense.

Does this idea have potential & how would you monetize of it?

Build a site like a local portal where users can rate and post their reviews on the local hotels and then rate them for their services etc. You should do some SEO so that your site can rank locally for longtail keywords in your area/city.
Once the traffic starts to come in and you get good position in SERPS you can then contact your local hotels and offer them to place ads about their business on your site, and you can charge them fee for it.

That's just an initial idea for you to work on if you think in this way.

 

Can't you create a hotel search engine that searchs other sites? There was one for sale on Trademe- NZ's version of Ebay

 

Create a very local city directory site, primarily with hotel listings and possibly listing other businesses as well, e.g. restaurants. Earn money from a mix of premium listing sales, affiliate programs and probably Google AdSense. See the Wordpress theme at http://templatic.com/cms-themes/geo-places-city-directory-wordpress-theme for a quick launch, so you don't get stuck on the idea stage

 

Well why did yo bought it if you didn't had a plan for it ?
