How to place 1000 pictures in a SEO friendly way on a website?

    Hi dpers,

    I have 1000 images in one niche. What do you think would be the best way to create a website from them in a SEO friendly way?

    Should I use custom script, or some bulk uploader for Gallery2, Drupal or Wordpress?

    Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.

    First of all I think its smart to mark all your pics with good names and tags.. And maybe ad a description on each and every one of them..Puh.. Since you dont say what your going to make its kinda hard telling whats the best script/CMS etc. for your site..

    Actualy they are avatars, so there is not much to tell about. (blue face, red face, smiley face 1, 2, 3, ...)

    Do you know how SEO friendly Gallery2 is?

    This upoader modul for joomla will do automatic naming titles and tags aswell?
