How to Practice Oral English and Spanish?

I work in a foreign trade business company and need to talk with clients in English. It will be appreciated if you can offer me some good suggestions to improve my oral English and Spanish. Thank you!

I have bought a book which is named" Espanol ABC" from a book store, and have learnt some spanish.
Keep learning day by day...

 

I think you need more (don't laugh, i'm serious. That's how i did it) TV. For spanish, just watch some soaps or telenovelas, and for english try tv-series. The idea is that you have to hear the natives pronounce it, and when you speak, it will come to you naturally just the way you heard it. It's easy and cheep.

 

Rosetta Stone actually helps out quite a bit, though it can be expensive.

I would like to suggest you to watch many English movies which can help you to improve your oral English. Also, you are in that environment, you need to speak English everyday, everyday practise will also improve your oral English.
