How to prevent people from breaking your website TOS

    Hi,

I would like to know if someone else here is having problems with people breaking your website TOS (terms of service) and how to best deal with the situation.
I have a freelance website where I clearly state that freelancers/contractors are allowed to exchange their contact infos with the clients. They have to be selected by the clients through my website and then their contact infos are released to the client.
However, I see people trying to break their TOS by passing their contact infos directly to the clients in their bid comments or in the message board. I have set filters to block email addresses but they keep by-passing their filters by revealing some hints about their phone number or email addresses.
I have started going through the messages and bid comments to warn/ban the offenders but there is no way I can moderate all the communication.

Has anyone else experienced a problem similar to this? What is the best to tackle this?

If it is done outside of the domain of your site, it would be difficult to enforce anything. If you however run the message board, maybe running to prevent URL and email address to appear in them might help but I am not sure how that is done.
