    Put yourself in the best position, to be seen. I`m not sure the value of the real estate itself, but if more then a certain amount, *hint* think of luxury, aka unlimited leads.

    Theres dedicated forums...websites to cars, and can be related to the lifestyle.

    You should go for local classified Submission on regular basis and little bit of PPC in case of Real Estate sites since competition is tough.
