    Now im unable to understand,how to promote it and market it,so that i can get some real good premium members..

    You can do link building with good keyword to get organic search engine traffic. On the other hand, you can do a promotion in social networks like myspace, facebook. But your product should be innovative to attract new customers.

    It is really difficult to promote classifieds website i have tried most of free methods but not successes planning to try some paid methods .

    Offline marketing is how I've grown my online classified ad website. Mainly going to small businesses and convincing them to use us in addition to craigslist. We built our system to be able to use html based templates (which most car dealers and real estate agents use)

    Submit your site to Google/Bing/Yahoo -- takes awhile to get going with this, but everyone starts here.
    If you need faster traffic, get a Google Adwords account -- they'll send you as much traffic as you want to pay for. Just be sure to track your sales, via Adwords clicks, so you see if it's worth it...

    Make sure that your site is user friendly. Users don't wish to register and go through a lot of steps. If you site is simple and attractive, it is very easy to promote.
