Hey guys, I am really screwed on how to get or track the number of unique visitors to your site

Alexa is unclear in their methods...I just want a statistics page with how many unique visitors I get in a day, month preferably a graph.

    Thanks,

There's loads of them out there, but google analytics or statcounter are 2 of the most popular.

Google Analytics does it for me, all you gotta do is add a small bit of code to each page and the next day it gives you info. on new visitors, returning visitors, what country territory and city they're from, how they got to your site (SE, referal, direct), and much more.

i use google analytic, you just have to paste the code into your site. Then, see the stats in your GA account
