I have gif animation file size 468*80
Is there any simple program that can make it 351*60 ( Make it 75% smaller) ?

ive never used imageready so i dont know.. ill see if i can do it with flash

    EDIT

flash works perfect, just open flash, then open the gif image, and the frames come up, then you just have to resize each one

I read that Gimp can also do it where it treats eat frame as a layer...might have to do the same thing though, resize each one...the Gimp users said it was a lot easier than using IR

I use Jasc Animation Shop. ImageReady should do the trick as well. Any animation program, actually. I'm not sure how well flash would work, wouldn't you have to resize each frame separately?

easiest method is open ur gif file with Fireworks and all ur frames will be intact if u open the gif animated files with Fireworks and mak the necessary adjustments and agin reexport it to gif simple.
